BeaconFire is looking for Computer Programmer to join us.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Design codes for the adaptation of the old legacy programs and new real-time web application
- Perform revision, repair, and expansion of legacy programs
- Maintain services and applications in good working condition on weekly basis through matrix and charts
- Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, and peripheral equipment are responding to a program’s instructions through monthly raptor upgrades and pipeline tests
- Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operations for team workers
- Collaborate with computer operators and system analysts to define and resolve problems in running computer programs
- Correct errors by making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced
- Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing database to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
- Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct
- Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment
- Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes
- Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program
- Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Familiar with programming languages, such as SQL, C++, Python, JavaScript
- Familiar with software frameworks such as Angular, Spring boot, Hibernate
- Good knowledge of continuous Integration, continuous deployment and object-oriented analysis and design
- Proficiency with software tools and systems such as VS Code, PyCharm, TFS, MySQL, Gradle, Angular
- Able to conduct inversion of control and dependency injection frameworks messaging
